The task was to install a mobile air conditioning system within a very short timeframe while ensuring the branch’s operations continued smoothly. Field Service responded promptly and efficiently. Within less than an hour of receiving the call, a team of experts arrived on site.

The expert team, led by experienced electrician Mohammed Mahamid, collaborated with Bank Hapoalim’s Red Team and Assi Amram, Director of Regional Service in the North. Under the direction of Sharon Elimelech, head of the IFM team, they worked diligently to install an advanced mobile air conditioning system. The team labored continuously for about 8.5 hours, working late into the night to complete the task.

The skilled staff installed the air conditioning system with remarkable speed and efficiency, causing minimal disruption to the branch’s ongoing operations. Bank Hapoalim’s management highly appreciated the quick response and efficient solution. The new system was operational immediately upon installation, ensuring an optimal work environment and enhancing the customer service experience at the bank.
