Electra FM IFM Community: Unity, Growth, and Innovation

In February 2025, The IFM community convened for its seventh meeting, following a hiatus of about a year and a half due to the challenges of the “Swords of Iron” war.
The meeting, held in an atmosphere of renewed unity, highlighted the Group’s resilience and continued growth even in challenging times.
The meeting commenced with a comprehensive strategic review presented by Idit Shani, VP of IFM at Electra FM. She outlined the company’s goals, challenges, and opportunities, emphasizing the importance of the IFM community in achieving these goals.
“Today’s meeting symbolizes much more than a periodic conference,” said Shani, “It is a testament to our organizational resilience and our ability to overcome challenges.” Idit presented the company’s renewed strategic vision, emphasizing market leadership through professionalism, technological innovation, and the development of customized solutions for clients.

Subsequently, various participants presented an overview of the achievements of Electra FM’s subsidiary companies for 2024. One of the prominent achievements presented at the meeting was the continued growth of the Group’s companies despite the security challenges.
The Maintenance Division provided an example of this by rapidly establishing infrastructure and maintenance services for command centers and critical facilities, while maintaining full operational continuity. “Our teams worked around the clock to ensure the functioning of the most vital facilities,” noted Gill Goldshmidt.
Electra security, Shir Sason presented the remarkable achievement of establishing the “Magen Sderot” unit, the first tactical unit of its kind in Israel, alongside the development of innovative technologies for violence prevention. “We see ourselves as strategic partners in the defense of Israeli citizens,” stated Sason. “The establishment of the ‘Magen Sderot’ unit is proof of our commitment to providing the most advanced solutions in the field of security.”
In addition, other participants presented impressive achievements in their respective fields. Dudi Mizrahi reviewed the activities of Tavas and its achievements in various fields, including a contract with El Al and the recruitment of key customers. “We have managed to establish our position in the market and develop strategic partnerships that will continue to drive our growth,” said Mizrahi. He also shared about the implementation of innovative technological tools in Tavas and about intra-organizational collaborations.
Tuvia Yahalom presented the challenges faced by Electra Tomer and the achievement of high customer satisfaction, while emphasizing the implementation of innovative solutions in the field of pest control. “We are committed to providing our customers with the best service, using the most advanced technologies and environmentally friendly methods,” emphasized Yahalom. He also detailed technological developments in the field of pest control and collaborations with technology companies.
Adi Sharvit reviewed the activities of Ariel Properties and the implementation of innovative technological tools, such as the Monday platform and financial BI. “Our investment in advanced technology allows us to streamline work processes and provide better service to our customers,” explained Sharvit. She also elaborated on the implementation processes of innovative systems and the improvements achieved.
Hezi Zalait presented the successes of Michlol in recruiting new projects and improving internal processes, such as the establishment of digital facility files. “We are proud of our success in recruiting new projects and developing tools that will improve the efficiency and productivity of our employees,” concluded Zalait He also detailed project recruitment strategies and the development of digital tools for information management.
Sharon Elimelech, from FS Division, emphasized the significant role of the division in the technological advancement of the Group, including winning the smart management tender of the Israel Electric Corporation. “This project demonstrates the Group’s ability to lead advanced technological solutions on a national scale,” said Elimelech. He also shared about future plans of the Mobile Service in the field of technology.

Finally, Avi Yeshurun from Tavas spoke about the innovative tools that Tavas is implementing and about collaborations between the companies, and also spoke and invited everyone to the Innovation Conference to be held in March. “We are proud to be at the forefront of technology and to cooperate with other companies in the Group to bring the best solutions to our customers,” said Yeshurun. He also elaborated on technological innovations in the field of services and automation.
Following lunch, the meeting moved on to discuss IFM leading trends. Einav Tzabari, who led the discussion, emphasized the rapid transition to AI and IoT-based solutions. “The world is moving rapidly towards predictive maintenance and smart buildings,” explained Tzabari, “and Electra is at the forefront of technology, with solutions that combine smart sensors, automation, and data-driven decision-making systems.” The issue of sustainability was given a central place in the meeting, with the presentation of a comprehensive plan for emissions reduction and balancing, developed in collaboration with leading experts and including a range of green solutions for the management of assets and infrastructure.

The meeting concluded with a significant announcement regarding the launch of the IFM Academy in partnership with Bar Ilan University. “The Academy is the realization of a vision born within our community,” concluded Idit Shani, “It will serve as a center for training the next generation of IFM managers in Israel, and will provide the tools and knowledge necessary to lead the industry forward.”
The renewed meeting of the IFM community marked a significant turning point for the Group. With ambitious plans for expansion, continuous technological innovation, and a deep commitment to human capital development, Electra FM continues to lead the IFM industry in Israel.
