New Training Program Launched for Operations Coordinators in the Maintenance Division
2 May 2024On March 25, 2023, a specialized training program was initiated for operations coordinators in the maintenance division. This program aims to enhance their professional skills in key areas such as financial management, procurement, and maintenance while solidifying their role as pivotal knowledge resources within the organization.
The program kicked off with a comprehensive seminar attended by 14 operations coordinators, focusing on mastering Priority software and advanced procurement strategies.
Moti Litvak, COO of the Maintenance Division, inaugurated the day, followed by insightful presentations from Lior Vishnegard, the division’s Customer Account Manager, on role definition, and Coral Attias, Human Resources Coordinator, who outlined the expectations and the strategic importance of this role in HR perspectives. The session concluded with Gil Goldsmith, COO, summarizing the day’s key takeaways.
Participants also had the opportunity to engage in a unique enrichment workshop led by fashion styling experts, adding a creative dimension to the day.
