The Project

Lev HaMifratz Transport Terminal is a transportation hub serving some 40,000 passengers every day in the Haifa Metropolitan Area. It includes a major municipal and intercity bus terminal and train station, as well as a transfer station for the local Metronit rapid transit system. Electra FM was asked by the Ministry of Transportation to deliver specialist IFM services for this strategic facility.

The Service Solution

Working within an active transport terminal covering 16,450 sqm with 1,560 customers required careful planning to ensure that all services facilitated rather than disrupted daily operations. Electra FM engaged 123 IFM employees to deliver services including:

All services were designed and scheduled to offer high-quality performance on every level, including safety, security, customer service, and a smooth transport experience for passengers. This was achieved through the real-time coordination and management of the overall IFM solution by Electra FM, ensuring rapid response that always considers the people within the system.
