Ilan Shimoni

Ilan Shimoni has served as the CEO of Tavas since he founded the company in 1988, marking the start of a revolution in cleaning services within the Israeli market. His service philosophy champions integrity, reliability, and proven operational performance, alongside an in-depth understanding of customer requirements. These fundamental values have guided Tavas to many impressive achievements and can also be seen as a precursor to the modern IFM field, as represented by the entire Electra FM Group.

Ilan believes that traditional business ethics complement and enable responses to contemporary challenges, such as ecological concerns, inclusive hiring, healthy work environments in a post-COVID era, and more. This is all part of his commitment to customer satisfaction and employee wellbeing.

In addition, Ilan founded the Israeli Organization of Cleaning Companies (IOCC) and was its chairman for almost a decade. He is recognized throughout the field as a trusted advisor.
