Eran Harel

Eran Harel has been CEO of Ariel Properties since 2022, where he is responsible for property management on behalf of various companies, public bodies, and private individuals.

His role entails a full range of challenges spanning the different disciplines of property management, from the project’s initial development to ongoing operation in cooperation with the customer. This includes bringing added value to the customer experience in all areas.

Eran is guided by the values of transparency, professionalism, and respect for others throughout his activities, as he builds strategic policies and implements them in collaboration with the entire Ariel Properties team.

Prior to joining Ariel Properties, Eran served for some 20 years in various public roles, including as Director of the Government Housing Administration at the Ministry of Finance. He also still serves in the IDF reserves, having held positions including company commander, deputy battalion commander, and infantry battalion commander.
