The Project

Intel is a multinational technology company and the world’s largest manufacturer of semiconductor chips. It has several locations in Israel, focusing on research and development related to highly sensitive microprocessors and other technologies. Electra FM was called in to supply IFM services for two sites covering a total of 500,000 sqm and 55,000 sqm of clean rooms, with 4,000 customers.

The Service Solution

The nature of Intel’s activities, involving very challenging work environments, required Electra FM to utilize specialist skills and expertise in the realm of hard services. This enabled the company to support and maintain various building, electromechanical, and manufacturing systems, including:
